Solomon is the finance Manager for  S-REP. An Entrepreneur and a community youth activist, his main objective is to empower youth using music as a tool.

 

In 2010 He set up Rising Stars NW to create a platform to support young people's development and deter them from crime. Young people wanted a radio station, so he guided them to develop community managerial skills and today Pie Radio is the No.1 international youth radio.

 

He is also a recruiter and trainer and works with partners and supporters to fundraise, always sourcing opportunities such as sponsorship and talents. Today his organisation is worth nearly half a million pounds.
